Contributing to the shaping and execution of the strategic roadmap for Loans aligned to broader Group priorities.

Ensuring robust risk management and compliance with key regulations, including Consumer Duty.

Requirements
Strong consumer insight capability: Able to interpret customer needs, behaviours and trends to inform proposition development.
Strategic and commercial thinking: Comfortable evaluating market dynamics, customer demand and commercial outcomes to shape recommendations.
Experience in transformation and digital enablement: Understanding of how technology, platforms and AI can drive better customer and business outcomes.
Agile working knowledge: Practical experience applying agile methodologies to deliver change, collaborate effectively and respond to evolving priorities.
Data‑led decision making: Able to assimilate complex information and make clear, evidenced recommendations.
