About the role
- VP Lifen Research overseeing the go-to-market strategy for AI-powered healthcare data solutions. Leading business performance and international expansion initiatives in the pharmaceutical sector.
Responsibilities
- Own the definition and execution of the go‑to‑market strategy and business performance
- Define KPIs and targets (revenue, pipeline, conversion, margin), steer forecasting, and co‑develop the business plan with C‑level executives
- Be responsible for country prioritization, market access strategies, and key partnerships
- Represent Lifen on international stages (conferences, public events) and lead relationship‑building with key stakeholders
- Ensure close alignment across Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Product/R&D
- Serve as the primary interface to the executive team and, when needed, the Board and investors
- Anticipate hiring needs and recruit key talent
Requirements
- 15–20 years in commercial leadership and/or GM/operations, with experience selling clinical research and/or data to the pharmaceutical industry (CROs, health data/tech companies, laboratories)
- Proven success at 2–3 recognized companies (e.g., IQVIA, TriNetX, ConcertAI, OpenHealth, Owkin, Cegedim, Embleema, Aetion)
- Strong real‑world evidence (RWE) expertise; familiarity with FDA/EMA frameworks and hospital–pharma data access
- Experience launching and scaling offerings in multiple countries (market selection, access models, first reference deals)
- Direct experience serving US and other international (non‑French) clients from offering design through closing and delivery
- Established international pharmaceutical network (required)
- Fluent in English and French
