Responsibilities

- Zusammentragen, Aufbereiten und Strukturieren von Informationen anhand bestehender Fallakten
- Stetige Überwachung, Pflege und Aktualisierung der Dokumentation, um eine hohe Datenqualität sicherzustellen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen zur effizienten Klärung von Sachverhalten
Requirements
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder erste Erfahrungen im Kundenservice oder im Gastro- / Hotellerie-Umfeld
- Verfügbarkeit: 40 Std. / Woche (Mo.-Fr.)
- Gute Google Workspace Kenntnisse
