Responsibilities
- Requirements analysis: Recording and assessing the client's business processes to define ERP requirements
- System configuration: Setting up and customizing Business Central according to the company's specific requirements
- Data migration: Planning and executing the migration of legacy data into the new ERP system
- Training and support: Conducting end-user training and providing post-go-live support
- Process optimization: Advising on improvements to business processes through targeted use of ERP functionality
- Project management: Coordinating ERP implementation projects, including scheduling and resource planning
- Teamwork and communication: Close collaboration with software development colleagues to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Completed commercial training, preferably with an IT focus, or at least 1–2 years of professional experience as an IT consultant is an advantage
- Solid experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Dynamics 365 Business Central — either as an IT consultant or as a key user
- Domain knowledge of business processes: understanding of accounting, purchasing, sales, inventory, or production processes
- Technical know-how
- Project management skills: ability to plan, manage and successfully deliver ERP projects
- Experience with training and support: competence in conducting user training and handling support requests
- Strong communication skills: confident client-facing manner and ability to explain complex topics clearly
- Analytical thinking: ability to analyze requirements and translate them into functional ERP solutions
