About the role

  • Strategic Partnership Manager leads commercial development and partner management in the DACH region. Driving revenue growth and nurturing long-term partnerships for Last Mile Solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Shape strategy: Develop and implement the strategic business plan for your partner portfolio.
  • Take full ownership of your partner portfolio, as you will be responsible for approximately 60–70% of revenue in the DACH region and thus for our most important key accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with the Director DACH, Southern Europe & International to further develop the market.
  • Drive partnerships: Build and maintain relationships at the executive level.
  • You are responsible for the commercial growth of our existing partners and conduct quarterly strategic business reviews with clear roadmaps for future opportunities.
  • Lead an online-coordinated team — including a Customer Success Manager and a Solutions Engineer — and jointly drive growth with our key partners.
  • Negotiate & win: Lead pricing and contract negotiations with partners and secure mutual value.
  • Ensure that all partner agreements are legally sound and comply with compliance requirements.
  • Monitor & optimize: Analyze CRM data, identify performance gaps early, and act proactively. Define and track relevant KPIs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in partner management, business development, or a comparable role
  • Proven track record in building and managing strategic partners
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Native-level German and very good English skills
  • High self-motivation, growth orientation, and a proactive work style
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the DACH region and to Rotterdam
