Responsibilities
You take care of some of the most exciting digital brands.
You keep an eye on deadlines and resolve potential hurdles to ensure projects are completed on time.
You develop and maintain project roadmaps for clients to clearly communicate timelines and milestones.
You work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects.
You support the creation of visually engaging presentations that align with brand guidelines.
You attend client meetings, write precise summaries, and follow up on open topics.
You collaborate closely with other Client Partners to ensure client needs are understood and addressed.
You act as the link between clients and internal teams , ensuring clear and effective communication.
You handle internal, project-related administrative tasks (e.g. updating Zoho, project planning in Asana).
You create and manage offers in BC365 (our financial management tool) and oversee the signing and approval process.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing , or a related field.
Experience in a supporting role with direct client interaction.
Strong organizational and project management skills – you stay on top of multiple tasks with ease.
Experience in creating presentation materials and familiarity with tools like PowerPoint.
Basic understanding of marketing channels and strategies .
Excellent communication skills , both written and verbal.
Familiarity with project management tools and processes .
Detail-oriented with a high standard for quality.
A proactive mindset and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with tools like Zoho and Business Central 365 or similar software.
