About the role

  • Junior Sales & Account Manager organizing the best events and caterings for B2B clients at egora. Collaborating closely with founders and C-level to optimize product and processes.

Responsibilities

  • You organize the best events and catering for our corporate clients — from the initial inquiry to the event itself.
  • You ensure as many client inquiries as possible convert into confirmed bookings.
  • You work closely with our founders and C-level executives to continuously optimize product and processes and can make a real impact.
  • You work with our platform every day — leveraging smart automation and AI at every turn.
  • You act as the primary contact for decision-makers at our client companies — interacting as an equal and delivering impact.
  • You are responsible for revenue development and conversion — with real influence on company performance.
  • You coordinate proposals, provide feedback on product and processes, and help further improve egora.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, account management, or the events sector — ideally in a B2B context
  • Preferably experience working with CRM systems such as HubSpot
  • A background in food/catering or events is a strong plus, but not required
  • A university degree is not necessary — but you must have strong communication skills, empathy, and a true doer mentality
  • You take ownership, think entrepreneurially, and are motivated to make things happen
