About the role

  • Assistant(e) Chef(fe) de Projets in partnerships at Henner, coordinating projects with partners and assisting in operational management. Involves tasks in insurance and collaboration with various teams.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Manager with the operational management of partnership projects
  • Participate in defining client and partner requirements
  • Contribute to drafting project deliverables (specifications, meeting minutes, schedules, tracking documents)
  • Monitor project progress (timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies)
  • Prepare and organize project committees, follow-up meetings and steering committees
  • Serve as an operational point of contact for partners (insurers, administrators, delegates)
  • Track contractual and operational commitments
  • Participate in preparing and facilitating partner meetings
  • Provide regular reporting on actions and progress updates
  • Help coordinate between business teams (health claims management, group insurance, compliance, legal) and IT teams
  • Track topics related to tools, data flows, webservices, CRM and digital journeys
  • Assist in the triage of incidents and requests for enhancements
  • Participate in analyzing malfunctions and implementing action plans
  • Contribute to optimizing processes and partner journeys
  • Capture and share best practices and project lessons learned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) minimum in one of the following areas: Project Management, Insurance, Banking/Finance, Organizational Management
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role or in a project environment
  • Good knowledge of health and personal insurance products
  • Solid understanding of project management fundamentals
  • Awareness of GDPR requirements and data security issues
  • Proficiency with office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of IT environments (CRM, data flows, webservices) is a plus
