About the role

  • New Business Account Executive focused on acquiring LandInsight customers in the Mid Market segment. Owning the full sales cycle from first conversation through to close.

Responsibilities

  • Close new LandInsight opportunities and deliver predictable ARR against target
  • Get out into the market, build relationships, attend events, and get LandInsight in front of the right people
  • Proactively identify, engage, and convert ICP accounts using a disciplined outbound approach
  • Progress qualified inbound opportunities efficiently and with clear qualification standards
  • Run structured discovery to understand land strategy, planning risk, and development constraints, and clearly articulate LandInsight’s value
  • Build and maintain a realistic, high-quality pipeline aligned to coverage expectations
  • Provide accurate, evidence-based forecasts
  • Work closely with SDRs, Marketing, and Customer Growth to ensure strong handovers and long-term customer success
  • Build a strong working understanding of the property development landscape and how LandInsight supports it

Requirements

  • 1–2 years experience as an Account Executive in B2B SaaS, or 1-2 years experience as an SDR with clear readiness to own a closing role
  • Demonstrated ability to self-source pipeline and history of exceeding sales targets
  • Interest in or exposure to the property development, planning, or built environment sector is welcomed
  • Experience selling data, workflow, or analytics tools is a strong advantage
