Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day campaign activation across various sectors [Commercial, Surveys, LADnation Panel Recruitment, Tech]
Collaborate with stakeholders to provide campaign updates and troubleshoot issues
Researching & contributing to audience designs and optimisations across our entire audience suite (Skyrise, Permutive, LADNation, Platform engagers, Platform data etc)
Lead campaign reporting, measurement, and test/learn strategies with cross-functional teams
Stay ahead of social media trends and platform changes, translating them into strategic recommendations
Manage campaign performance against benchmarks across formats and platforms
Knowledge-share through presentations to internal teams to improve understanding, processes and output quality
Requirements
Proven experience as a Paid Media Manager with expertise across all social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram, Google Ads)
A track record in developing and executing progressive digital strategies for clients
A deep understanding of the media landscape and a keen eye on emerging platform opportunities
A test and learn mindset, with a genuine interest in uncovering opportunities for campaign performance growth
A proven problem-solver, able to proactively spot potential problems, and reacting to issues when they do arise
The ability to influence stakeholders and drive campaign success through clear communication and strategic thinking
