Responsibilities
Take ownership of paid media accounts across their full lifecycle
Onboard new clients from a paid media perspective
Audit existing accounts and identify performance opportunities
Develop and implement paid media strategies aligned to client goals
Build, launch, and manage campaigns across relevant platforms
Monitor, analyse, and optimise performance on an ongoing basis
Translate performance data into clear, actionable insights
Identify and drive growth opportunities across client accounts
Present strategies, updates, and recommendations confidently to clients
Collaborate with account managers and internal teams to ensure strong delivery
Requirements
3–4 years of agency experience in paid media (beyond junior level), or 5+ years in a comparable in-house role
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
Proven ability to manage paid media accounts independently
Experience developing strategy, launching campaigns, and optimising performance
Confident communication and presentation skills with clients
E-commerce experience (strongly preferred): Google Merchant Center
Product feed creation, management, and optimisation
Feed optimisation tools (e.g. Shoptimised or similar)
Large product inventories (10,000+ SKUs)
Magento or similar platforms
Experience across both e-commerce and lead generation is a plus
