About the role

  • Paid Media Specialist taking ownership of paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads for a key digital marketing agency client. Managing accounts for performance and growth with minimal admin requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of paid media accounts across their full lifecycle
  • Onboard new clients from a paid media perspective
  • Audit existing accounts and identify performance opportunities
  • Develop and implement paid media strategies aligned to client goals
  • Build, launch, and manage campaigns across relevant platforms
  • Monitor, analyse, and optimise performance on an ongoing basis
  • Translate performance data into clear, actionable insights
  • Identify and drive growth opportunities across client accounts
  • Present strategies, updates, and recommendations confidently to clients
  • Collaborate with account managers and internal teams to ensure strong delivery

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of agency experience in paid media (beyond junior level), or 5+ years in a comparable in-house role
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Proven ability to manage paid media accounts independently
  • Experience developing strategy, launching campaigns, and optimising performance
  • Confident communication and presentation skills with clients
  • E-commerce experience (strongly preferred): Google Merchant Center
  • Product feed creation, management, and optimisation
  • Feed optimisation tools (e.g. Shoptimised or similar)
  • Large product inventories (10,000+ SKUs)
  • Magento or similar platforms
  • Experience across both e-commerce and lead generation is a plus
  • Platform Experience: Essential: Google Ads, Meta Ads
  • Advantage: LinkedIn Ads
  • Bonus: TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads, Snapchat Ads, Amazon Ads, Klaviyo or email marketing
