Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent - in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Data Analytics or another cost / construction focused
- Cost Manager: 2+ years of minimum cost management experience; Location: Hybrid
- Senior Cost Manager: 5+ years of cost management experience; Location: Primarily On-Site; Hybrid.
- Lead Consultant: 7+ years of cost management experience; Location: Needs to be local or Relocated
- Associate Director: 10+ years of cost management; Location: Needs to be local or Relocated
- Experience working in hyper-scale data centers is a plus
- Thorough and complete knowledge of the construction process and management techniques, methods, and materials.
- Proficient in the use of advanced functions in CostX to produce estimates, bills, etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) at an appropriate level
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Outlook
- Organized and detail oriented
