Responsibilities

  • Be the 'change enabler' – a pivotal role in our highly regarded Technology Change and Communications function!
  • Help our people transform the way they work as they harness the benefits of rapidly evolving technologies – drive change and innovation
  • Ensure the successful adoption and use of Mallesons’ technology tools and platforms
  • Use technical knowledge and change management skills to help our people work and collaborate efficiently
  • Develop and deliver technology adoption strategies to enhance digital literacy and streamline business processes
  • Provide communications and change management expertise and support for high-priority technology projects
  • Develop and execute change management strategies and prepare and deliver effective communications **(written and audio visual)**

Requirements

  • Proven experience developing and implementing change strategies within technology projects
  • Ability to analyze and understand the impact of technology changes on individuals and the organisation
  • Sound knowledge of change management methodologies and best practices within technology projects
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, including with technology-related information
  • Proficiency in tailoring communication to various audiences and communications platforms
  • Ability to present complex technical information in a concise and understandable manner
  • Highly developed skills in the use of Mallesons’ core software applications, especially Microsoft applications (eg Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Skills and experience using Canva, Jira, Confluence, Articulate and related design and project management tools (desirable)
  • Knowledge of best practice in user experience design including experience with designing and producing on-brand and engaging multimedia materials (eg videos, e-learns, online content)
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - communications, business, technology or change management
  • Qualifications in change management and qualifications in workplace training and assessment or equivalent (desirable)
