The Earthshot Prize is an initiative focused on discovering and promoting innovative solutions to address critical environmental challenges facing our planet. By identifying game-changing approaches that aim to protect and restore nature, clean our air, revive our oceans, build a waste-free world, and fix our climate, The Earthshot Prize seeks to regenerate our planet over the next decade. Each year, five outstanding solutions are awarded £1 million to scale their impact, with an extensive network of nominators helping to identify and support impactful projects worldwide. The initiative celebrates its achievements through annual events and collaborations with a diverse range of partners and communities.

• Manage detailed project plans, timelines and task lists, ensuring milestones are met and risks are flagged early
• Coordinate event logistics across areas such as guest experience, accreditation, invitations, seating plans, programming schedules, catering, technical production, staging and on-site operations

• Process financial transactions for The Earthshot Prize and its subsidiary accurately and efficiently, including:
• Raising and processing invoices and processing payments
• Maintaining ledgers and balance sheets
• Preparing monthly journals and reconciliations
• Vendor onboarding and staff expenses management
• Support the month-end close process and management reporting.
• Assist with statutory reporting and audits, preparing schedules, and responding to auditors’ queries.
• Support improvements in finance systems and processes, with experience in NetSuite highly desirable.
• Be an integral part of the Fundraising team, supporting the coordination of partner relationships and fundraising activities.
• Maintain up-to-date partner operations trackers and records, including reporting deadlines, payment schedules, grant deliverables, and other key partner requirements, ensuring all information is accurate and accessible for the fundraising and finance teams.
• Assist with donor reporting, consolidating and organising information for accurate, compliant, and timely reports and impact updates, ensuring all data meets contractual and organisational standards.
