Responsibilities
Support in digitalization, AI and transformation projects — from concept phase to implementation
Preparation, follow-up and support of steering committee and project meetings
Assistance with the team’s day-to-day organizational tasks, including scheduling, meeting facilitation, room management and communication workflows
Active participation in communication activities and creation of high-quality presentations
Preparation, structuring and compilation of committee materials for management and project decisions
Support and moderation for internal events
Participation in testing, bug fixing and data validation within Power BI

Requirements
Currently enrolled in a degree program in Industrial Engineering, Information Management, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Business Psychology, Digital Business Management or a comparable field
High motivation, initiative and interest in digital topics and cultural transformation
Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
Very good command of MS Office, especially PowerPoint
Creativity, structured working style and an eye for detail
Team player, reliable and responsible
Interest in gaining practical experience in Corporate Quality / Digitalization and actively contributing
