About the role
- Marketing Analyst optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads for a Brazilian mobility solution company. Focusing on performance metrics and effective campaign strategies.
Responsibilities
- Optimization of paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads and other platforms), monitoring targeting, creatives and performance metrics.
- Upload ads to Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Prepare performance reports and tracking materials, consolidating data in Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentation.
- Upload WhatsApp templates and communication flows to Meta.
- Create and send ad briefings, aligning business needs with the creative and design teams.
- Continuously optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other platforms), monitoring targeting, creatives and performance metrics.
- Set up and launch ads across different media platforms, ensuring correct implementation of communication and digital marketing strategies.
- Prepare performance reports and tracking materials, consolidating data in Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Social Communications, Business Administration or related fields.
- Experience with paid media, especially Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Hands-on experience creating, setting up and optimizing campaigns on different platforms (Google, Meta and LinkedIn Ads).
- Knowledge of performance metrics and KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, conversion, etc.).
- Experience with CRM and automation tools, especially HubSpot.
- Proficiency in Excel (tables, basic/intermediate formulas, data consolidation).
- Proficiency in PowerPoint for building performance reports and presentations.
- Experience preparing ad briefings and coordinating with design/creative teams.
- Understanding of marketing funnels and lead acquisition.
