Responsibilities
Build and maintain internal processes and documentation that keep teams aligned throughout the partner lifecycle.
Improve how we operate day-to-day; identifying inefficiencies, redesigning workflows, and introducing clearer, more scalable ways of working.
Coordinate new partner launches end-to-end, ensuring cross-functional readiness and smooth operational setup across Go-to-market, Marketing, Account Management, Benefits, Integrations and Engineering.
Manage key operational activities such as first-line compliance (KYB), structured client data capture, and the flow of information from prospecting through to launch.
Build and maintain client information hubs, standalone knowledge environments that help partners and their end-users understand how Kota health insurance works. You’ll ensure these hubs are created for each partner, remain accurate over time, and act as a scalable way for users to access clear, compliant guidance without needing direct support.
Support BAU operations by stepping into gaps when needed - including query management and pricing/quotation workflows.
Develop internal and partner-facing reporting and insights to introduce more data-driven decision-making.
Work closely with the GM of Embed and Account Manager on partner-facing initiatives, contributing to an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
Experience in embedded health insurance operations or related fields
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work across teams and ensure smooth communication
Experience with compliance processes (KYB)
Skills in data management and reporting
