Responsibilities
Manage the strategic sales plan to achieve targets, secure customer loyalty and position the brand, aligned with the company’s business plan.
Lead the sales team, supporting them to meet targets and develop strategies for new business.
Develop customer retention and loyalty strategies.
Identify and establish reference customers within the region’s segments, acting directly in strategic negotiations and/or key accounts.
Manage and follow up on sales activities and management routines (forecast, pipeline).
Monitor and manage the team’s sales pipeline.
Develop action plans to improve performance.
Attend trade shows and events to close deals and prospect new clients.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales management and in conducting complex, high-value/CAPEX negotiations.
Minimum of 3 years of experience leading commercial teams.
Availability to travel.
Based in Belo Horizonte or São Paulo.
Active driver’s license.
Preferred: experience at multinational companies and proven experience in the healthcare and/or medical equipment sector.
Experience with bidding/tender processes (public and private).
Technical knowledge in diagnostic imaging (X-ray, mammography, CR/DR).
Knowledge of financial models (leasing, rental, financing).
Knowledge of management methodologies (e.g., OKRs, KPI-driven management).
