Responsibilities

Own end-to-end employee lifecycle processes from hire to retire, including onboarding, internal movements, and offboarding.
Deliver a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new hires in the IST/APAC region.
Administer regional benefits programs (India/APAC) and act as the first point of contact for employee queries.
Partner with vendors to ensure smooth execution and compliance.
Ensure adherence to local labor laws and internal HR policies.
Maintain documentation and support audits as required.
Provide timely, empathetic, and confidential support for employee queries.
Act as a trusted HR contact for IST-based employees.
Identify opportunities to improve HR processes across the hire-to-retire journey.
Conduct regular audits and generate reports to support data-driven decisions.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience: 4–5 years in HR Operations / People Operations
Tools: Experience with Workday and Google Workspace
Skills: Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management
Attributes: High attention to detail, integrity, and a continuous improvement mindset
