About the role

  • Recruitment Analyst managing end-to-end hiring processes for clients at EYS Advogados. Focused on selection, training, and onboarding of new talent.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and selection
  • End-to-end process (briefing, resume screening, scheduling, interviews, and candidate approval pipeline)
  • Candidate approval pipeline
  • SLA management to ensure service-level deadlines are met
  • Creation and delivery of training programs
  • Training Needs Assessment (LNT)
  • Integration
  • Welcoming new employees
  • Managing onboarding across departments
  • Internal transfers, offboarding, and policy updates
  • Support in building and updating people reports, KPIs, and controls
  • Continuous improvement
  • Previous experience in the activities listed above

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed – Business Administration or HR technologist
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
