Responsibilities
Coordinate all destination services for incoming and existing assignees based on client agreements
Deliver Cartus destination products (orientation, home finding, settling‑in) to customers
Liaise with client HR teams, real estate agents, and internal specialists to meet assignee needs
Support assignees with Singapore-specific relocation queries and research
Provide regular updates on housing, schools, and lease negotiations through real estate partners
Partner closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure a high‑quality program delivery
Maintain accurate and timely reporting for clients
Participate in special projects, presentations, training, and conferences as required
Ensure compliance with Cartus policies, programs, and standards
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Real Estate Services, Business Administration, or a related field
Real Estate Salesperson (RES) license is an advantage
Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in customer service, call centres, relocation, destination services, moving services, real estate, HR outsourcing (expatriate payroll), hospitality, or other international industries
Fluency in both English and Korean is required to communicate with Korean-speaking clients, assignees, and stakeholders.
