Responsibilities
Define the framework (Way of Working): understand the vision and objectives, clarify scope, define the target organization, roles and responsibilities, operating and decision-making rules, and formalize objectives (OKR/KPI).
Structure execution: action plans, milestones, prioritization, tracking commitments, managing dependencies, risks and pain points, monitoring capacity and budget trajectory, and securing trade-offs (scope/timeline/resources).
Implement fact-based management: define and validate performance and value indicators, produce useful reporting, analyze variances, raise alerts, and propose actionable scenarios and recommendations.
Facilitate effective governance: decision-oriented progress reviews, prioritization, multi-stakeholder synchronization, tracking actions and commitments, preparing trade-offs, and clear, structured communication.
Evolve the framework (continuous improvement / Lean): conduct performance diagnostics, analyze flows and root causes, reduce waste, improve processes, stabilize quality, increase predictability, and measure the long-term impact of improvements.
Requirements
Experienced (mid-level): autonomy over a scope (team/multi-team): scoping, operating model design, governance, management, deployment.
Senior: ability to lead organization design at scale (entity/department/company), arbitrate between scenarios, secure executive alignment, and establish a sustainable learning organization.
English: minimum B2 (written and spoken).
