Responsibilities
- Support the Social Security Administration's (SSA) ongoing Agile development initiatives
- Combine Agile project facilitation with business analysis responsibilities
- Collaborate with SSA Product Owners, technical teams, and stakeholders
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies
- Maintain Agile discipline across teams
- Write and refine user stories and acceptance criteria
- Support backlog grooming sessions
- Develop and deliver Agile project artifacts

Requirements
- 8+ years relevant experience
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
- Familiarity with SSA Agile methodology, ceremonies, and processes.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, and Agile Project Coordinator.
- Hands-on experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing Agile backlogs.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and best practices.
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and guiding teams through Agile processes.
- Proficiency with Agile project management tools (e.g., VersionOne, Jira, Azure DevOps).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-engagement skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into actionable tasks.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe, or equivalent).
