Responsibilities
Continuously monitor environments, applications and infrastructure, responding to alerts with a focus on stability, performance and reliability.
Perform triage, initial analysis and investigation of incidents (INC), supporting mitigation and routing to the responsible teams.
Build, tune and maintain dashboards, metrics, logs and alerts focused on operational health and business indicators.
Contribute to identifying patterns, correlating events and performing preliminary root-cause isolation.
Support incident reviews (post-mortem), documentation and recommendations for improvement.
Participate in operational rituals: sustainability dailies, incident reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate on operational maturity through alert tuning, documentation and small automations.
Requirements
Previous experience with monitoring and observability tools (Elastic, Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace or similar).
Knowledge of the observability pillars: metrics, logs and traces.
Basic understanding of instrumentation and telemetry (agents, exporters, integrations, metrics/logs collection).
Basic ability to read and interpret log files.
Experience in incident management (triage, investigation and initial mitigation).
Familiarity with core SRE concepts: SLO, SLA, SLI, Error Budget.
Basic knowledge of cloud environments (AWS or OCP).
Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management or similar).
Structured thinking, good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
Proactivity, sense of ownership and a continuous learning mindset.
Experience troubleshooting applications or infrastructure (preferred).
Experience with DevOps culture and simple automations (scripts, pipelines or integrations) (preferred).
Knowledge of telemetry routing and instrumentation best practices (preferred).
Familiarity with resilience practices, preventive mitigation and trend analysis (preferred).
Experience in critical or high-availability environments (preferred).
