About the role
- Talent Acquisition Partner managing end-to-end recruitment at KAYAK, focusing on global hiring for various roles. Collaborating with leadership to align strategies with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle global recruitment from kickoff and innovative sourcing through offer, with a heavy emphasis on hiring for Product, Design, Commercial, Marketing, and Engineering roles.
- Establish strong relationships with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand their needs and align recruitment strategies with business objectives
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on market trends, talent availability, and best practices
- Design structured, role-specific interview plans and scorecards; drive inclusive hiring practices and ensure equitable, consistent evaluation across panels.
- Build and nurture proactive pipelines and talent communities for near-term and future needs.
- Be a KAYAK brand ambassador for our fastest‑growing business unit, delivering outstanding candidate experiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven recruiting experience in a fast-paced, global recruitment environment, including at least 3 years of in-house experience
- A strong ability to use data to track processes and identify areas for improvement
- Strong understanding of recruitment process, sourcing techniques, and industry best practices
- The ability to work autonomously in an innovative fast-evolving environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills with internal partners and external candidates, strong collaboration skills across a distributed team
- Proficiency in Ashby (our ATS) & LinkedIn Recruiter
