- Provide insights and reporting on benefit realization to program leadership and stakeholders
- Support decision-making by highlighting value gaps, risks to benefit realization, and opportunities for optimization
- Promote a value-focused mindset across the program and organization
Requirements
- A bachelor’s or preferably a master’s degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Typically 5–8 years of experience in business transformation, value realization, or program management
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive a value-focused mindset across diverse teams
- Advanced analytical and communication skills, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership
