Responsibilities
Define and implement value realization frameworks and metrics across the program
Measure and track business value delivered by projects and workstreams, including financial and non-financial benefits
Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify value drivers and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
Provide insights and reporting on benefit realization to program leadership and stakeholders
Support decision-making by highlighting value gaps, risks to benefit realization, and opportunities for optimization
Promote a value-focused mindset across the program and organization
Requirements
A bachelor’s or preferably a master’s degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Typically 5–8 years of experience in business transformation, value realization, or program management
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive a value-focused mindset across diverse teams
Advanced analytical and communication skills, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership
