Requirements
- Extensive experience leading complex programs and projects, in transport, infrastructure, or government sectors
- Ideally with freight experience
- Proven ability to manage scoping, scheduling, costing, risk, and stakeholder engagement in a transport or infrastructure environment
- In-depth knowledge of change management or reform, with experience integrating multiple programs
- Strong stakeholder collaboration and leadership skills to effectively work with government ministers, senior executives, industry leaders, and local councils
- Proven ability to translate strategic initiatives into executable projects with measurable outcomes
