Responsibilities
Implement the commercial strategy across the Northern region (excluding Paris) and manage a territorial action plan
Identify laboratory needs and propose appropriate IVD solutions
Manage the full sales cycle: demonstrations, quotations, negotiations, tenders and contract completion
Work closely with marketing and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Represent the company at conferences, events and client meetings
Record sales activity in Salesforce and provide reliable forecasts
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology, Biochemistry or Biotechnology
Minimum 2–3 years' experience in diagnostic product sales
Good knowledge of the in vitro diagnostics market
Comfortable selling technical solutions and managing complex sales cycles
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with a variety of hospital stakeholders
Professional working proficiency in English
Knowledge of immunology or molecular biology is a plus
