About the role

Responsibilities
- Implement the commercial strategy across the Northern region (excluding Paris) and manage a regional action plan
- Identify laboratory needs and propose appropriate IVD solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle: demonstrations, quotations, negotiations, tender responses and contract finalization
- Work closely with marketing and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Represent the company at congresses, events and client meetings
- Track sales activity in Salesforce and provide reliable forecasts
Requirements
- Scientific degree (BSc/MSc) in Biology, Biochemistry or Biotechnology
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in diagnostic product sales
- Solid knowledge of the in vitro diagnostics (IVD) market
- Confidence selling technical solutions and managing complex sales cycles
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with a variety of hospital stakeholders
- Professional-level English
- Knowledge of immunology or molecular biology is a plus
