About the role

  • MIS Coordinator responsible for managing ERP, HRMS, and CRM platforms at JLL. Overseeing daily operations, data management, and process improvements in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and monitor enterprise software systems including ERP, HRMS, and CRM platforms
  • Generate automated reports and dashboards for management decision-making
  • Ensure data accuracy, system backups, and user access management across all business applications
  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT support for technical resolutions
  • Oversee daily office operations including facility management, vendor coordination, and administrative process optimization
  • Manage office supplies, equipment procurement, and maintenance schedules
  • Collect, validate, and analyze business data from multiple sources to create comprehensive reports
  • Identify opportunities to digitize manual processes and improve administrative workflows
  • Provide technical support and training to employees

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
  • 2-4 years experience in MIS and administrative roles
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, database management, and enterprise software systems
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
