Responsibilities
Performance monitoring: Continuously monitor and analyse application funnel performance, identifying trends, drop-offs, and high-impact optimisation opportunities.
Identify growth opportunities: Proactively identify and execute scalable growth initiatives across existing partnerships to drive revenue generation.
Improve customer journeys: Deep-dive into how customers arrive to us through partner platforms to transform user experiences into seamless, high-converting journeys.
Partner support: Act as the primary point of contact for partners, delivering timely support while driving engagement through the consistent delivery of product insights and development updates.
Voice of the partner: Collect partner feedback and use this to influence product road map and drive the evolution of our offering.
Support new partner acquisition: Working with the partner development team to pitch high-value prospects, providing the operational expertise and performance insights to accelerate deal closure.
Problem solving: Act as the first line of defence when challenges arise with partners by engaging stakeholders and communicating clearly how the problem will be addressed.
Reporting & invoicing: Lead the invoicing process and performance tracking to ensure partner trust through transparent reporting.
Requirements
At least 1 year experience working with partners or clients in a similar setting.
Outstanding communicator, able to inspire a wide range of stakeholders.
Analytical with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
A commercially savvy operator, able to spot growth opportunities where others don’t.
A positive mindset and eager to learn.
Educated to degree level or higher.
