About the role
- Data Privacy Manager at ITV managing compliance and operational privacy programmes. Overseeing data subject requests and collaborating across departments to enhance data privacy practices.

- Managing end-to-end data subject requests and data protection complaints, ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Maintaining and improving data privacy systems and tools (e.g. Sightline)
- Producing and delivering data privacy reporting for senior stakeholders and governance forums
- Monitoring and managing data privacy inboxes and responding to queries
- Supporting compliance monitoring, testing and audit activities
- Recording and supporting the management of data breaches and associated actions
- Maintaining and updating RoPAs in collaboration with various business units
- Collaborating with teams across ITV to support data mapping and privacy initiatives
- Contributing to training, communications and continuous improvement of data privacy processes
Requirements
- Proven experience managing or delivering compliance or operational privacy programmes
- Strong understanding of data protection legislation and principles
- Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
