Responsibilities
Manage the portfolio of active clients, with a focus on relationship management, retention and account expansion;
Conduct periodic follow-up meetings (business reviews) to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities;
Map stakeholders and clients' needs to propose tailored solutions;
Act in a consultative manner, ensuring the best customer experience and satisfaction with contracted products and services;
Keep CRM records up to date and report performance indicators;
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery of customer value;
Anticipate churn risks and propose corrective actions;
Meet growth targets for the client base and relationship KPIs.
Requirements
Previous experience in account management, commercial partnerships, or B2B sales (Farmer profile);
Experience in partner relationship management and development, focusing on retention, business expansion and increasing share within the base;
Experience conducting commercial meetings, solution presentations and business reviews with partners;
Knowledge of CRM systems (Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot or similar) for portfolio, opportunity and pipeline management;
Ability to analyze results and indicators (KPIs), such as revenue, churn, client-base growth and partner performance;
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
Valid Category B driver's license (CNH) and availability to travel throughout Brazil.
