About the role

- Analyse and map the Japan space industry, to provide a tailored approach to sourcing
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition in an in-house or recruiting firm environment
- Experience managing multiple roles across different functions and seniority levels
- Experience in global hiring and conducting recruitment activities in Japanese and English
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, from role definition to closing
- Ability to work closely with Hiring Managers and senior leadership.
