Pull and analyze sales reports from ConnectWise to identify discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.
Communicate with sales teams to request updates and corrections in ConnectWise.
Requirements
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably ConnectWise.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
1-2 years of previous administrative assistant experience required.
Experience as a user of a CRM system required.
