About the role
- Finance Assistant responsible for financial operations like accounts payable, receivable, and reporting at ION Sistemas. Supporting organizational financial health with accurate record-keeping and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Execute accounts payable and receivable routines, including postings, verifications and document organization.
- Perform bank reconciliations and update cash flow controls.
- Issue tax invoices and support billing/collections processes.
- Assist in preparing operational financial reports.
- Keep financial records organized and up to date.
- Collaborate with audits and other internal departments.
Requirements
- Previous experience in operational financial routines, with a focus on organization, control and compliance.
- Experience with accounts payable and receivable, cash flow and bank reconciliations.
- Experience preparing financial reports and managing financial documentation.
- Organized, detail-oriented and disciplined to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with financial systems and ERPs.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and control.
- Experience issuing tax invoices and handling collections processes.
- Good communication, strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
