Responsibilities
Bring your natural sales ability with demonstrated experience, you’ll love selling a product you are passionate about and be driven by sales targets
Provide amazing customer service to our travellers through multiple channels (calls, emails, live chats, and social media platforms) to help turn their travel ambitions into reality.
Work in a fast-paced, contact centre environment to achieve individual, regional and global sales targets and KPIs.
Be driven by personal and team growth, the desire to learn and have your contribution heard (while getting rewarded for it!)

Requirements
Minimum 1+ years' experience in sales & customer service (Travel &/or Contact centre environment is advantageous!)
Personal travel experience to Intrepid destinations
Can come into our Auckland office 3 days per week.
The ability to learn a variety of new computer systems and processes
Any experience in booking systems (preferred not required!)
