About the role
- Valuation Manager coordinating external evaluations for real estate funds. Supporting office organization while ensuring the quality of evaluations and financial forecasts.
Responsibilities
- Act as the interface and primary contact between external valuers and the INTREAL funds and outsourcing partners, as well as internal specialist departments
- Organize and commission external real estate valuations for acquisition and regular valuations domestically and internationally, with a focus on coordinating and validating the process up to the final submission of the appraisal report
- Review and approve invoices from external appraisers
- Perform project work and analyses as required, and prepare forward-looking value forecasts and indicative valuations
- Attend property inspections when necessary
- Maintain and update databases
- Support office administration
Requirements
- University degree with a focus on real estate or a comparable discipline
- Several years of experience in real estate valuation, ideally at a valuation firm or a KVG (capital/asset management company)
- Strong communication and organizational skills, and analytical thinking
- Confident and professional manner when dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong team orientation
- Good English skills desirable
