About the role
- Risikocontroller responsible for risk reporting and investment assessments for INTREAL's funds. Collaborating with management and external partners while ensuring compliance and thorough analysis.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of risk reporting at the level of special funds and for investor meetings
- Conducting investment compliance checks, e.g., investment limit checks
- Risk-oriented assessment of transactions (property and market analyses)
- Performing industry, tenant and financial statement analyses
- Conducting stress tests
- Further development of reports and the systems used
- Implementation of new reports in the primary systems bison.box and SAP
- Point of contact for fund managers, executive management and fund partners
Requirements
- Completed degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on real estate, or an equivalent additional qualification
- Professional experience in risk management at banks or in the financial services sector is an advantage
- Strong IT affinity and excellent Excel skills
- High level of assertiveness, independence, sense of responsibility and social skills
- Strong motivation and a structured approach to work
- Very good command of German
