About the role
- Property Manager responsible for application management and 2nd-level support for a cloud-based real estate platform. Collaborating with stakeholders for requirements management and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end application management for our cloud-based platform for technical property management and related applications
- 2nd-level support including analysis, prioritization and resolution of complex tickets; close collaboration with 1st-level support, business units, and external partners
- Interface between business and IT: requirements management, documentation, quality assurance
- Regular communication with internal stakeholders and external clients, including partners within and outside the HIH group
- Release management: test planning, testing, rollout coordination and communication to stakeholders
- Monitoring stability and performance as well as continuous process improvement
- Management and maintenance of integrations, particularly with ERP and DMS systems (including data imports/exports and API-based connections)
- Creation and maintenance of knowledge articles, how‑tos and end-user training
Requirements
- Vocational training or degree in technical property management or equivalent professional experience
- Strong IT affinity
- Analytical, structured and service-oriented; strong communication skills and team spirit
- Languages: German at least C1, English at least B2
