Senior Account Manager at Intragen managing key IAM accounts within the Benelux region. Focused on client relationship growth and business development in cybersecurity solutions.
Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients across the Benelux region.
Account Growth & Renewals: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Business Development Support: Work closely with the new business sales team to support a smooth handover of new clients.
IAM Solutions Expertise: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Intragen's IAM services.
Client Onboarding & Success: Manage onboarding for new clients, ensuring smooth transition and handover to Operations and Finance teams.
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage confidently at all levels — from project teams through to C-suite.
Reporting & Forecasting: Provide accurate and regular reporting on account status, pipeline, revenue forecasts, and client satisfaction.
Market Awareness: Stay informed on the latest IAM trends, threats, and regulatory developments.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in account management, client success, or sales within the IAM, cybersecurity, or wider technology sector.
Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts, achieving retention and revenue targets.
Strong understanding of IAM concepts and solutions — experience with platforms such as Okta, SailPoint, One Identity, or CyberArk is a significant advantage.
Confident, credible communicator — able to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite.
Commercially minded with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Fluent Dutch and English — written and verbal. This is essential for the Benelux market.
Self-motivated, structured, and accountable — able to manage a portfolio of accounts independently.
Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) to manage pipeline and client activity.
Collaborative team player who works well with technical, delivery, and finance colleagues.
