About the role

  • Partnerships Officer supporting donor recruitment for UK's stem cell registry. Managing relationships with partners and identifying new engagement opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Support a partnerships programme that builds lifesaving relationships with partners to reach and recruit stem cell donors across the UK
  • Manage early-stage partnerships
  • Help identify and build our new partner pipeline
  • Work collaboratively to support long-standing partners helping them to educate, engage and recruit new potential stem cell donors

Requirements

  • Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills, including relationship building, influencing and negotiating with a wide range of people, using tact and diplomacy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop inspiring propositions and communicate organisational impact
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and take responsibility for your own workload, handle multiple priorities and to work independently
  • Experience of engaging and motivating diverse groups
  • Ability to travel throughout the UK, work evenings and weekends as required
