Senior HR Manager managing the entire employee lifecycle at Interlead GmbH. Responsible for HR strategy, employee engagement, and organizational development in a dynamic tech environment.
Responsibilities
You will lead our HR function with a current team of three employees and take responsibility for the entire employee lifecycle — from recruiting and onboarding to development and offboarding.
You will be the central point of contact for employees and managers on all HR matters and will manage our external service providers.
You will contribute ideas to strengthen our company culture, employee retention and satisfaction, and design initiatives for employer branding, talent management and personnel development.
You will draft contracts and amendments, support administrative tasks—particularly the monthly payroll—and build structures and processes that ensure efficient operations.
You will be responsible for the analysis, preparation and quality assurance of all relevant HR and compensation data and will report these to management; you will also support audits.
In close collaboration with management, you will further develop our HR strategy and ensure a modern HR organization that supports our growth objectives.
Requirements
You have at least 5 years of professional experience in HR, ideally in an agile, fast-paced start-up or scale-up environment.
You have strong knowledge of labor law, recruiting, payroll and learning & development.
You have experience designing and optimizing HR structures and processes.
You operate confidently at all levels, combining strategic thinking with pragmatic execution.
You take a proactive approach, communicate clearly and have a genuine interest in people, organizations and development.
You are willing to spend at least 50% of your working time at our headquarters in Bremen to ensure direct collaboration with the team.
