Responsibilities
Planificar requerimientos de tarjetas y su compra, asegurando los stocks para un abastecimiento eficiente y la continuidad de la venta en los puntos de venta.
Gestionar compras y proveedores, asegurando compras eficientes hasta su entrega final, elaborando procesos y cerrando negociaciones hasta la entrega final.
Gestionar, registrar y custodiar los contratos del área, asegurando la continuidad de los servicios, aplicando ANS y penalidades en servicios críticos o cuando corresponda.
Supervisar y controlar los servicios administrativos operativos como la distribución de paqueteria, mensajeria motorizada, mesa de partes, entre otros.
Controlar los gastos administrativos, haciendo seguimiento, validando uso y racionalidad de los mismos.
Coordinar y asegurar la renovación y vigencia de los seguros patrimoniales, personales y cibernéticos de la empresa.
Soporte administrativo general, atención de requerimientos, coordinación con otras áreas, resolución de temas administrativos diversos, incluyendo los de las áreas de control internas o externas.
Requirements
Profesional de la carrera de Ingeniera Industrial y Administración.
Cursos y/o Diplamados en Compras y Administración de empresas.
Experiencia minima de 2 años en el área de logística y compras.
Experiencia minima de 2 años en Administración.
Ms Office (word, excel, power point) a nivel Intermedio y Power BI.
Experiencia en Uso de ERP.
