About the role

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in training management, educational technology, or a related field, or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar instructional design role.
- Experience in the property and casualty insurance industry, ideally in claims adjusting, is an asset.
- Proven project management skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Office 365, Articulate, and Adobe.
- Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS).
- Autonomy, efficiency, and adaptability in a constantly evolving environment.
- For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
