About the role
- Apprentice in Human Resources performing administrative duties and supporting internal communication. Engaging with internal and external clients to solve queries in the administrative area.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-person and telephone assistance within your area of responsibility to guide and clarify questions from internal and external clients, following management instructions and, when necessary, refer the inquiry to another team member.
- Draft texts, create spreadsheets, and enter information into systems to support the routines of your area.
- File documents in the correct order to maintain organization and preservation, facilitating retrieval.
- Deliver documents within the Institution's premises, performing the required protocols to maintain necessary control.
- Assist with other related administrative activities.
- Complete the apprenticeship course as directed by the Institution.
