Responsibilities
Own and manage a portfolio of mid-tier travel agency accounts in Austria, driving retention, growth, and profitability.
Develop and execute account plans that leverage deep knowledge of the Austrian travel market to deliver customer success and competitive advantage.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, building strong relationships and proactively identifying new business opportunities.
Negotiate and renew contracts, ensuring alignment with Travelport’s commercial objectives and customer needs.
Operate as a self-starter – independently prioritizing, problem-solving, and mobilizing internal resources to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Requirements
Deep understanding of the Austrian travel industry, including key players, market dynamics, and distribution trends.
