Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple branch locations
Execute against established productivity, quality, cost, and SLA targets
Escalate risks and performance issues to senior leadership as appropriate
Manage branch supervisors and operational staff
Support training and onboarding for client-specific processing requirements
Drive employee engagement and support retention initiatives
Ensure adherence to standardized workflows and operating procedures
Identify opportunities for incremental process improvements and digitization
Support new client implementations and workflow rollouts
Ensure compliance with records retention, privacy, and security requirements
Support business continuity planning and site readiness
Oversee facility operations and physical security in coordination with leadership
Monitor vendor performance and support cost-control initiatives
Requirements
5–7 years of experience in operations management, preferably in healthcare or BPO environments
Experience managing multi-site or distributed teams
2-3 years of people leadership experience
Strong operational execution, problem-solving, and communication skills
Familiarity with document management systems and workflow tools preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations preferred
Six Sigma or continuous improvement training a plus
