Responsibilities
Exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas for an assigned territory.
Develop and execute a territory plan with a target prospect list and regional sales strategy.
Build and nurture an ecosystem of partner sellers and SEs who are excited about Illumio and actively selling with you.
Partner with marketing and inside sales teams to generate pipeline and qualify opportunities.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospects and partners.
Lead ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and drive additional revenue.
Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer business needs and aligning Illumio’s solutions to their IT roadmap.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in a Commercial Account Executive or equivalent role within the IT industry.
Deliver compelling “teaching conversations” that are well tailored to each prospect’s situation.
Able to engage with urgency and capitalizing on all potential channels to sell Illumio
Proven success in exceeding revenue goals and new customer acquisition.
Experience selling with partners and managing a network of partner sellers.
Strong understanding of the cybersecurity market and Zero Trust principles.
Executive-level relationship management and CRM hygiene.
Ability to work in a matrixed support organization using virtual specialists.
Willingness to travel 20–50% depending on business needs.
Successful track record of successful selling to the C-suite (all lines of business) with a strong rolodex of contacts in region.
Experience in a fast-paced company with the ability to adapt as needed
