Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries by phone (incoming calls)
Respond to customer inquiries by email (incoming and outgoing emails)
Respond to customer inquiries via chat (incoming and outgoing chats)
Handle back-office tasks (tasks, administrative processing of customer files)
Process postal mail
Customer requests are very varied: from information about green energy to support during a move and issues related to optimizing household energy consumption.
Requirements
You have previous experience in customer relations and customer satisfaction is your priority
You are proficient with common IT tools (Google Workspace and ideally Notion and Slack)
You have excellent written communication skills
You are a strong communicator who enjoys interacting with customers, demonstrating pedagogy and emotional intelligence
Your listening skills enable you not only to identify sales opportunities effectively but also to build long-term customer loyalty
You are adaptable and able to work by applying and mastering business processes
You know how to take a data-driven approach and apply your analytical skills
You are organized and detail-oriented, with good time management
You can work autonomously but also collaborate effectively with others
